Summary

Online training courses and assessments for organisations: that’s what GoodHabitz has to offer. It helps to build a a learning culture within organisations, which results in higher employee engagement. It’s cultivating a growth mindset and makes learning accessible to all. The company is very successful, but they’re struggling to communicate what they do in a clear and compelling matter. We helped them with the proposition and created their new and improved website.

Challenge

One of the biggest challenges was to get everyone at GoodHabitz on the same page. We gathered them around to make sure we all tell the same story. We’ve organised workshops to further refine the proposition, to highlight and analyse the current issues, and to establish the road ahead. Another challenge was to create a consistent, coherent look & feel. The current brand execution is kind of messy, with a lot of visual elements that are competing with each other.

Solution

Show don’t tell. That’s the motto for the redesign. What became quite clear from the workshops, was the fact that there’s a lot of copy on the current website which hasn’t that much value. We want to show what GoodHabitz has to offer. The copy should be supportive instead of leading. We went back to scratch and started at the core: to make the online solutions prominent. Instead of abstract visualisations of the platform, we now show real examples. We’ve even added a try out section, so people can try the platform without having to sign up first. Overall GoodHabitz and we are very happy with the end result and the new website is currently in development.
